• No professional engineering services are offered or implied
• Users must ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

Beta Program Terms

• Access may be modified or revoked without notice
• User feedback and suggestions become part of the development process
• Beta access is provided at no cost during the testing period
• Commercial licensing terms will be established prior to public release
• Beta software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• No service level agreements or uptime guarantees apply during beta

Data and Privacy

• User data submitted through the platform is not shared with third parties
• Project information remains confidential to the user
• Usage analytics help improve tool performance and user experience
• No proprietary or confidential project data should be submitted during beta
• TT&B Energy Solutions reserves the right to collect anonymized usage statistics
• Users may request deletion of their data at any time

Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, methodologies, and documentation provided through the OG Suite remain the exclusive property of TT&B Energy Solutions. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools during the beta period.

• Users retain ownership of their input data and project information
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly is prohibited
• Screenshots and results may be used for professional work but not redistributed

Limitation of Liability

TT&B Energy Solutions bears no liability for decisions made based on tool outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TT&B Energy Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied
• Users assume all risks associated with tool usage
• TT&B Energy Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for access (currently $0 for beta)

Engineering Disclaimer

TT&B Energy Solutions does not provide professional engineering services. The tools are designed to assist qualified professionals in their work, but do not replace the need for professional engineering judgment, review, and approval where required by law or professional standards.

• User review and approval is required before applying results to any engineering application
• Users must ensure compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
• Tools are not intended for life-safety critical applications without proper review

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the OG Suite tools responsibly and in accordance with these terms:

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
