The OG Suite tools are provided for informational and reference purposes only. All tools generate outputs based on user inputs and standard engineering correlations. Outputs are screening-grade estimates and must be verified by a qualified engineer before use in design, procurement, construction, or investment decisions. TT&B Energy Solutions makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or results.

User Responsibility

• Users assume full responsibility for interpreting and applying tool outputs
• Professional judgment by a qualified, licensed engineer must be applied to all engineering calculations
• Results must be independently verified before application to any engineering, procurement, or construction activity
• No professional engineering services are offered or implied by TT&B Energy Solutions
• Users must ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations in their jurisdiction

Beta Program Terms

• Access may be modified or revoked at any time; reasonable notice will be provided where practicable
• The platform is under active development — features, calculations, and outputs are subject to change without notice
• Beta access is provided at no cost during the testing period
• Commercial licensing terms will be communicated in advance of any public release
• Users may provide feedback and suggestions; such feedback may be used to improve the platform and no compensation is implied
• No service level agreements or uptime guarantees apply during the beta period

Data and Privacy

• Engineering calculations run entirely in your browser — project input data does not reach TT&B servers
• AI-assisted features and thermodynamic simulations use secure server-side processing; no input data is stored or retained after your session ends
• User registration data is not shared with third parties
• Anonymised usage analytics may be collected to improve tool performance and user experience
• Users are advised to exercise caution with export-controlled, classified, or highly commercially sensitive data
• Users may request deletion of their account data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, methodologies, and documentation provided through the OG Suite remain the exclusive property of TT&B Energy Solutions. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools during the beta period.

• Users retain full ownership of their input data and project information
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any platform component is prohibited
• Tool outputs and results may be used in internal engineering work product and client deliverables, provided TT&B Energy Solutions is not represented as the author of any professional engineering conclusion
• Redistribution or resale of platform outputs as a standalone product or service is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

TT&B Energy Solutions bears no liability for decisions made based on tool outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TT&B Energy Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose
• Users assume all risks associated with tool usage and application of outputs
• TT&B Energy Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for access (currently $0 during the beta period)

Engineering Disclaimer

TT&B Energy Solutions does not provide professional engineering services. The OG Suite is designed to assist qualified engineering professionals in their work. It does not replace the need for professional engineering judgment, independent review, and approval by a Licensed Professional Engineer where required by law, professional standards, or employer policy.

• All outputs must be reviewed and approved by a qualified, licensed engineer before application to any engineering work
• Users must ensure compliance with applicable professional licensing and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction
• Tools are not intended for life-safety critical applications without full independent professional review

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the OG Suite tools responsibly and in accordance with these terms:

• Do not attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Do not submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Do not violate export control regulations or international sanctions
• Respect system resources and do not attempt to overload or disrupt services

Modifications to Terms

TT&B Energy Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the platform at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect where practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version number and date above identify the current revision in force.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
